Every file that lands here follows the same four steps before it becomes part of a dog's permanent file.
Chunked, resumable uploads survive dropped connections. Large MRI and imaging sets transfer without a restart.
File type, size and structure are checked; every upload is virus-scanned and its SHA-256 checksum recorded.
Registry ID, kennel prefix or lab reference in the file is matched to the correct dog and litter record.
Lab-signed documents keep their signature; the sealed record is archived in EU storage and made available in the kennel portal.
If your file type isn't listed, email the ingest team before uploading — we can usually add a converter.
Health data, pedigrees and lab results are sensitive. Ingest is engineered to treat them that way.
All transfers run over TLS 1.3; files are stored AES-256 encrypted at rest on EU-resident infrastructure only. No data leaves the EU/EEA.
Every upload records who sent it, from where, and a SHA-256 checksum. Lab-signed panels keep their cryptographic signature intact through archival.
You only ever see and upload to your own kennel or lab scope. Cross-kennel visibility requires an explicit, logged grant.
Every file is scanned on arrival and quarantined on any detection before it ever reaches a registry record.
